Freemium Plan Users: Compositions generated with the Freemium plan may only be used for non-commercial purposes.
Paid Plan Users: Basic and Pro plan subscribers receive a commercial license to use generated compositions in commercial projects without attribution.
Platform Intellectual Property: The Service itself, including all software, logos, branding, and AI models, remains the exclusive property of TuneMate.

Free Plan: 20 credits 7-day trial. Non-commercial use only. No credit card required.
Basic Plan $7.90/month. 225 credits per month. Includes commercial use license.
Pro Plan $24.90/month. 800 credits per month. Includes priority processing and advanced features.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Credit Expiration: Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and expire at the end of the month.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you have not used any credits from your subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you use your first credit or generate a MIDI file, all payments are final and non-refundable. Copyright Risk Mitigation: We design our AI models to generate original compositions while minimizing copyright risks. We do not knowingly use copyrighted material in our training process.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying the suitability of generated content. We recommend conducting due diligence before using generated compositions in commercial projects.
No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
