Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! Upgrades are applied immediately with your new plan's full monthly credits. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next billing date, so you keep full access until then.
What file formats do you support?
TuneMate generates high-quality MIDI files that are compatible with all major DAWs including FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Reaper, and more.
Can I use the music commercially?
Yes! Basic and Pro plans include commercial licensing for all music you create. Free plan is for non-commercial use only.
How does the credit system work?
Each MIDI generation costs 1 credit. You can preview your music unlimited times for free. Redownloading the same composition is also free. Your credits reset monthly on your billing date (or after 7 days for trial users).
How many credits do I get with each plan?
Basic ($7.90/month): 225 credits/month
Pro ($24.90/month): 800 credits/month
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from your subscription plan. Once you use your first credit or generate a MIDI file, all payments are final and non-refundable. Contact contact@tunemate.ai for refund requests.
